Sorry for the lapse in posting again...life has once again gotten busy. Ellie is really acting like a 2 year old these days. She is hilarious and keeps us laughing with stories all the time. She is also very dramatic...and insistent on things being her way. Last night she figured out that she could put the pasta (they were tube pasta noodles) on her finger instead of using her fork. The hardest part is not laughing, but I am absolutely not raising her to eat with her hands! The picture above is from last Friday night when we painted Ellie's toenails and fingernails...look at how proud she is!Last Tuesday our daycare was closed for Veteran's Day so I took the day off to spend with Ellie. We took a long walk with Sara, Ada, Buoy (their dog) and our dog Daisy. Finally we ended up at the playground and then headed to Grant's sandwich shop for lunch. It was such a nice day to spend with the girls. Here are a few pictures of their fun.

Ellie is obsessed with Grover. We don't go anywhere without him...not to the bathroom, daycare, anywhere. As you can see below, she even reads her stories to Grover...That's it for this post. Hope everyone has a great week! Next week is Turkey Day and we're having it at our house again this year...hope I get all the shopping done this weekend to avoid the last minute rush!
