Senomyx has it's winter party after the holiday season, which I really like because it's less stressful, easier to secure the preferred babysitter, and gives us something to look forward to. This year the party was at the Rancho Bernardo Inn. They have a spa as well, so we decided to make the most of it, stay the night and enjoy a massage on Sunday. We were so relaxed when we came home on Sunday afternoon.
A big thanks to Mimi for taking care of the kids - this was the first time I was away from Rhett overnight. I didn't realize how much I needed the break, and we hope to do it again before the next Senomyx winter party!
