This week was filled with "firsts" for Ellie. First day of school, first day with the babysitter (more on that another time), and first soccer practice. She met her coach and teammates on Thursday, and had fun learning drills. There are 6 kids on each team, 3 girls and 3 boys. The idea is for all the kids to play all the time, because sitting on the sidelines at 5 years old is just not fun.
Here's the whole team...most of these kids are 5 and in kindergarten - look who is the tallest!
Looks like it's going to be a fun season!
